Make image annotation rectangles and pins movable until annotation posted

After the user has drawn a rectangle or dropped a pin, and has started typing their annotation body text, they should still be able to move and/or resize the rectangle or pin until they actually post the annotation.

Bonus points: when editing an annotation you should be able to edit the annotation's target as well, moving the rectangle or pin.
