More _HSTD status tweaks

Please modify/add/tweak _HSTD status messages.

What is missing:

1. Generic 'activation-related' messages:

• _HSTD_ACTIVATION_SUCCESS - should fire when activation has finished and no errors occurred
• _HSTD_ACTIVATION_ERROR - should fire when activation has finished with errors

The 2 above need to fire for any -t of hossted activate.

2. Hosts-related events and statuses
