Reconcile notes field

We need to create a new custom field in the HP crd called notes .
We need to reconcile 2 values based on the -t mode (compose / k8s )

• Compose - Reconcile all of the /etc/motd in to the notes "field"
• K8s - Reconcile the contents of the notes "overide" in the helm chart - to be discussed with @anna-linnovate

For k8s apps I'll be expecting the notes data inside the app_info object, not app_api_info. Let me know if it's not OK with you. For compose apps and marketplace instances, it should just be part of the payload
