updating free text property

Describe the bug

Honestly hard to describe 😆 when trying to edit an existing free text property, the property itself updates back to the old state.

Describe how to produce the bug

Create a free text property, save it, close patient, open again and try to overwrite the free text

problem only appears for patients that have no room/bed assigned - some kind of interaction with the position seems to be happening?

recreate: create new patient 1: assign to clinic or ward only. Add free text property
create patient 2: Assign to room or bed. add free text property.

patient 2 has problems!

@00100200345 Thanks for the detailed description and the screen records. It makes it way easier to reproduce.
We had some similar issues in previous version of the form and state handing. Somethings slipped through I guess.
