Feature request: Honor preferences when recording DVR from HDMI/AVIN source

Firmware / App Version: 9.5.0 (RX: 75 / VA: 200)

When recording DVR from an external HDMI input (HDZero Event VRX Pro), the goggles save the video as .TS files with OSD overlay, regardless of the user’s DVR preferences. Configurations set to record in .MPEG format with OSD disabled, appear to be ignored when the input source is HDMI/AVIN.

Is the HDMI/AVIN signal pre-composited with OSD before reaching the goggles’ DVR module?
If not, could the DVR module be modified to apply the goggles’ configured recording preferences (format and OSD) to HDMI/AVIN sources as well?
