Prepare for major release

[cgcostume]

• Update all dependencies to latest
• Verify that all scripts (package.json) are working
• Create a changelog (use auto-changelog) and prepare the release
• Test dev index (index.html) on all major platforms and browsers
• Refine README.md:
  • Explain the webgl-operate roots and relation
  • List all major changes to the respective webgl-operate features
  • Show at least one or two simple code examples, on how to import and use this library
