Improve automatic variable tracing

Potential improvements:

• Trace function calls. For example if function f calls function g then variables which are used in g should be detected by tracing of f.
• Trace variables inside containers. For example if function f chooses some variable from a dictionary then this variable should be detected by auto traciing
• Add more tests
