Support using with Gemini subscriptions

TL;DR

If my understanding is correct, we need API keys to use this action which means even with a Gemini Ultra subscription. IIUC, these keys don't have the same features/limits as the subscription itself. Hence, I'm requesting to provide a way to allow individual subscription holders to use this action.

Better yet, I want to request for a way to pick the right Gemini subscription (if one exists) for a given user when they invoke commands or when they create a PR. Could possibly be achieved by Gemini subscription being linked with GitHub account(s) and allowlisting repositories.

This is super frustrating experience being a member of Google AI Ultra subscription and not being able to use it for github actions.
