Rendering Bug on Ionic RC4 / iOS

Hi there

I'm heavily using this component now and everything works fine so far!
I think the guys at driftyco changed in the RC4 of Ionic some Button-relevant styling on iOS. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the layouting is not on point anymore.

I looked for the issue of it, and found that the padding added from ionic causes the error. I fixed it temporarily by adding the following line @ calendar.scss:47

padding: 0;
