Support - Allow names to be pulled from admin interface without selecting one

Currently, in order to pull the names of people who need to be added to the Collab site from the admin interface, a person must be selected, despite the queryset not being used.  Make no people need to be selected in order to perform this action, or serve the file in a different way (only accessible through admin interface, still, though).
