QT6 changes how dftfringe looks and that's probably a good thing. Here's a screenshot with QT5 compiled on the left and QT6 compiled on the right of the same basecode (current master branch morning of 12/3/2025).
Screen is set for 200% scaling on a 2560 pixel wide screen.
Note that with the QT6 code everything is doubled in size. As I believe you would want with 200% scaling.
I haven't wrapped my head around this yet and what needs to be done but what I think it means is that we can make the app look good on a 1280 screen at 100% scaling and it will look the same on a 3200 pixel wide screen at 250% scaling (and vice versa). In the past I found that 1280 was the absolute minimum app width for it to be reasonably useable.
Dale what is your screen width again?
