8.2 does not display selected 3d wave fronts properly and subtract does not always work.

Here is an image trying to display two selected wave fronts. The 3D image is cropped even though it was in full view on the standard display.

In addition I have done several subtract one wave front from another and the result is a wave front with all zeros.
But it does not always do that.

Hmmm. 7.3.2 subtraction fails the same way.

The subtract issue depends on the order of the files in the wave front list. If what you are subtracting from the other is after the other in the list then it fails. If you subtract something that is before your selected wave front it works.

Another thing when you subtract one from another I get a large fringe around the result. I can't remember if this is always the case. Here is an image. you can see that the fringe is bigger than the two wave fronts ever were in the profile view.

I want to fix this but it's a low priority at the moment. Something is getting messed up around the edge of course. I wonder if it does it with gaussian blur off on all wavefronts. Hopefully makes no difference.

It's a little confusing right now which functions use the actual outline and which use a radius a bit smaller by 1 or 2 pixels. And are pixels appropriate for all sizes of igrams from 100 pixels to 1000 pixels? I am partly off topic but I suspect the fix for this issue is related to the outline and will be fixed by changing about 2 characters in the code but finding those 2 characters may be difficult, lol.
