minor gui things when outlining mirror

1. e and f shortcuts don't update the checkbox "edge zoom". This also causes a minor bug where when you load the next igram the checkbox is backwards so it loads in the old state (edge or full mode) instead of the current state.
2. if you click the "help" button, help text has a few errors:
   need to add 'e' key
   Also ctrl +/- and plan old +/- are backwards in help list
   Also "shift arrow keys" doesn't do anything
   also ctrl-y and ctrl-z do not do undo/redo
   also ctrl-z seems to modify the image to be grayscale throwing away all color information (not to be confused with 'show original color image' checkbox which is similar but not as permanent as ctrl-z)
