ref(scraps): apply colors (#104198)

Follow-up to #103685. This PR applies our new color tokens to the
existing `lightColors` and `darkColors` objects.

The new tokens are mapped to the existing color scale to maximize
backwards compatability. We plan to migrate away from exposing raw
colors in the near future.
