Update net-misc/remmina to 1.4.20

Hi all!

Thanks a lot for your effort to maintain Funtoo!!!!

I see that Remmina on Funtoo is still at version 1.3.10, while upstream we have just released 1.4.20, that translates in one year of fixes and new features.

Any special reasons you haven't updated it since then?
