Update link in part 3d

Part 3d has this paragraph:

Let's prevent unnecessary trailing spaces at the ends of lines, require that there is always a space before and after curly braces, and also demand a consistent use of whitespaces in the function parameters of arrow functions.

However, if you visit the links in the paragraph, you will encounter this notice for both links:

When you click on the text named "corresponding rule", you are taken to another website named ESLint Stylistic. This website is a separate package from ESLint.
