Ze-Notes for attachment type Snapshot

The plugin is great. At the moment I think the plugin will only extract annotations from PDF attachments, but not web Snapshots. It'd be great to also have that functionality (I think this possibility is fairly new in Zotero 7).

I am not sure in which version I fixed this but it should work now.
