TBS Unify 5.8 HV SE MMCX - Increase the limit to 1W

To increase the limit to 1W, now is 800mw and it is not possible to set the 1W power for this vtx.

This is just a cosmetic issue: The SmartAudio protocol supports power levels and setting 800mW will set it to power level 4 which is 1W on a HV SE.
Before we can increase the limit in the LUA script (or OSD) the KISS FC FW must support it.
