Deletion of comments #13
Description
A delete button is shown also for foreign comments where the user has no right to delete this comment. An error message "Access denied" will be shown when somebody clicks the delete button. A usability enhancement would be to show only delete buttons on comments where you have the right to delete.
In addition, the deletion of comments should always be possible for the course administrator and root, also for foreign comments (e.g. in any case of abuse or spamming). Otherwise the entire learning location object has to be deleted and recreated in these cases.
