Reformat Code with Dart Format In Android Studio Is Not Working

Hi Flutter Team,

I'm trying to use the function of Reformat code with Dart.

When I added a comma to the end of all of my round brackets, and right clicked the "reformat code with dartfmt", it didn't automatically turn my one line into an indented structure even it showed a message of "Reformat: code successfully formatted".

@myaiaiday , look for analysis_options.yaml file inside the project and
add '
formatter:
trailing_commas: preserve
'

@myaiaiday I think this is because your code fits in one line. If you are on Dart 3.8 then it looks like you will be able to override with the option from @vikasjrai. Also see dart-lang/dart_style#1652

Hi, I have the same problem. I have been trying to fix it for 3 days now. I tried everything. changing lenght to 120, 123,
this other option: add inside analysis_options.yaml file inside the project '
formatter:
trailing_commas: preserve
changes in VScode, and nothing. when I add the commas, and select "reformat code with dart format" it deletes the commas and leae everyhting in one line. If I indent the code manually. when I do reformat, it moves everything to one line.
I am using android studio otter 2 feature drop
Dart 3.10.3
