Duplicate Research Tab when loaded with ‘Organized Research Tabs’ #57

Describe the bug
When loaded with ‘Organized Research Tabs’, a second research tab appears in front of the architect tab
Note: Deleting the ‘Patches’ folder in the mod files allowed me to use cherry picker to remove it. Was unable to cherry picker it otherwise
Expected behavior
A singular research tab
