Plan to autoloading PSR-0

Sail/Useragent is already PSR-0, it's on packagist and you can install it with Composer. The instructions to install it and use it are in the README:

Since the PSR-0 autoloading is deprecated, we can also consider using the PSR-4` autoloading instead.
