🐛 Bug report | Solid element faces hidden when attached shells hidden. #245

Description

@stevenlabelle

Description:
If a shell is attached to a solid element and the shell is hidden by selecting individual elements, the attached face of the solid element becomes hidden too. This doesn't happen if the shells are hidden as an element set.

Version:
Dev Version 3.0.0.23e43365b

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open a model on the post side which has solid elements with shell elements attached on one face.
  2. Turn on element selection (object selection>element). Select a few shells.
  3. Hide the shells (keyboard H)
  4. The interior of the solid will be visible.
  5. If the shells belong to an element set, they can be hidden in a way that does not affect the solid rendering. Unhide all shells.
  6. Right click the shell element set from the model tree (Mesh>Element Sets) then select hide elements.
  7. Now the solid walls remain.
