Check for 'miriam:unknown' in annotations #6
Description
I am going to go out on a limb and say that annotations that include "miriam:unknown" in them (currently present in 17 biomodels) are incorrect.
Some examples:
BIOMD0000000724/Theinmozhi_2018.xml: <CopasiMT:unknown rdf:resource="urn:miriam:unknown:"/>
BIOMD0000000932/Garde2020.xml: <rdf:li rdf:resource="urn:miriam:unknown:https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2FBF01165134"/>
Clearly there's some process that is creating these, so it would be helpful if that process could be fixed, but in general, the script can check for this.
(Copasi already notices that it doesn't know what's up with these annotations, but I guess its warnings aren't being seen?)
