App Crash when try to decode Cropped Video #1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Gallery and Select Video
- Change Pre added shape
- And then Click on Continue Button
- And the in log cat Error showing
Message: This devicel cannot codec with that setting. Check width, height, bitrate and video format.. Error: Error 0xffffec77
