The Window Covering Matter endpoint has not been added to the endpoint types. Without it, it's not possible to create a Matter window covering device.

@SuGlider Will you please add the Window Covering cluster/endpoint to the MatterEndpoints. Thank you

@daniel-frenkel - This has been added through #12114 - It shall be added in the next ESP32 Arduino Core release (3.3.5), but it can be also tested by checking out the PR.
