Enable setting/preference full screen 

I use an old Android handset as a monitor screen.

My current configuration enables me to turn the handset on and off, and the app loads by default. However, when it loads it is not in full screen.  I would like to add a full screen setting/preference so that it can load in a full screen mode (if the user selects)
