[Streams] Document new processors

Add pages for new processors added in 9.3. Each should have a page similar to existing processors with Streams specific use cases and linking to the main processor page if one exists.

The following processors have been added:

• replace
• remove
• convert
• drop
• math

Also, we may need to update screenshots to show the new organization in the processor menu.
