[IDE] BPM Processes Perspective – Refresh button shows inconsistent diagrams

Description

In the Processes Perspective, pressing the Refresh button leads to inconsistent behavior:

• On the first refresh, the diagram shows an overview of all running processes.
• On the second refresh, it sometimes switches to displaying the details of just one running process instance.

This alternating behavior causes confusion and makes it harder to reliably view the state of running processes.

Expected Behavior:

• Pressing the Refresh button should always display data for all running process instances.
• Any current selection in the Process Instances view should be cleared when refreshing.
