Cronjob should not swallow errors due to data integrity problems #119
Description
There was a row in the normalization excel sheet that violated this constraint of raw-slug duplication
The cronjob swallowed this error instead of surfacing it to the engineers, meaning that isolating the issue took a lot longer than otherwise necessary.
