Initial tls connection timeout missing #527
Description
I tried to use dds router in environment where local ethernet is firewalled with Fortinet firewall. It seems that these kind of firewall can block connections to TLS servers with self-signed certificates. This firewall "silently" blocking connections causes DDS router to stall on connecting state. I think there should be some kind of timeout with error that user could understand that connection could not be established. At the moment it does not log anything and if you do not know what program prints when connected, I thought that no logs meant that everything was fine.
