Hi,

I m looking forward to become an expert in MB-System. Thanks for the guide!
While following the tutorial i copy paste the command to make the platform (p9 of 44). However, the paste operation did not work well as the following characters disappeared in the terminal command line: tf
Resutling in an invalid command:
mbmakepla orm --swath=datalist_raw.mb-1 --verbose --output=Meteor_EM122.plf

same error occured on the following command:
mbpreprocess --input=datalist_raw.mb-1 --verbose --pla orm- le=Meteor_EM122.plf

Hi Pierre,

Yes, unfortunately, I know this issue. I tried to solve it, but I couldn't find a solution. The original file (Pages document) which was converted to PDF is correct, and copying directly from it causes no problem. But for reasons that are completely unknown yet, when copying from PDF, this issue happens. This was one of my motivations to include the companion script about chapter 1. I will keep investigating this issue, and once I have a solution, I will surely update the PDF file.

Hi Pierre,

I'm putting out a new version of PDF later this week that will finally solve this. Once that is out I will close this issue/ticket.
