add styling and page filter option to leaderboard section

Expected behavior

the leaderboard UI/UX should be better

Current behavior

the current layout of the leaderboard is not proper

Steps to reproduce

1. sync the theme of the leaderboard to the website interface
2. add options to view 10,20,50 results at once

Why is this feature important to you?

it will enhance the style of the leaderboard and also the filtering will add additional feature to search among people
