Use CONSTRUCT in SPARQL queries

CONSTRUCT instead of SELECT is the most declarative way of structurally describing the desired results. Another advantage is that CONSTRUCT returns the results as JSON-LD, which is already parseable by mod_ginger_rdf, instead of variable bindings.
