Can Overlay WL be independent from the !wl command?

Just found out that the overlay's WinLoss card is connected to the switch in dotabod commands settings:

Even though, it's clearly written that it's intended behavior I would prefer to disable !wl command but still have WL card in the overlay. Maybe somebody would want it the other way (have !wl command enabled but no info on overlay)

The option would fit nicely here as "Show Win-Loss ratio":

hmm i think it involves decoupling the overlay from this db value, so making a new option for just overlay
