Is "Connection state recovery" supported here

We have a socket.io client server setup using socket.io-client-csharp in a desktop client, and standard socket.io in node for the server. We are looking to utilise the Connection state recovery ( https://socket.io/docs/v4/connection-state-recovery ) functionality ... however it seems from a brief test that this is not currently implemented here.

1 - Can someone confirm that it is not ?
2 - Is it on a roadmap somewhere ?
3 - Would it be considered hard to implement ? would you accept a PR ?

It seems fairly straight forward (on the surface) as the client already has re-connect awareness, and I think the main thing is that it would need to send the last seen offset to the server during a reconnect (and also set recovered to true)
