Constrain/anchor display elements

Check through the layout and xml for the warnings regarding unanchored elements that will float upon resizing. Read the dox on the different forms of anchoring, too, so that things don't become such a mess when the onscreen keyboard is active.

This has been improved, I think, but still has a long way to go. Unfortunately, due to my loathing for working with layout, it's tough for me to focus on, but I think that I'm going to have to delve into some more information for working with these kinds of things in order to be able to handle this bit successfully.
