Need to update the CTA section of event welcome pages

a couple items

1. the "follow" button just links to the event twitter. We should replace this with various social icons, so you can put a twitter page, bluesky, etc?
2. the sharing buttons are using VERY old javascript. We probably should just get rid of them altogether (I doubt they are used)
