Pan Tong, "Young Pheonix"

Not sure if this is a MTGJson issue or not, but if (god help you) you put Pang Tong in your deck (perhaps from a chaos draft?) or even side board, the .cod file cannot be loaded into cockatrice.

It shows up in the XML like:
<card number="1" name="Pang Tong, “Young Phoenix””/>

And of course the double quotes can't be parsed.

Probably has to be escaped like so:

[dev-id]

Looks like if you add him to a deck and save it to .cod in Cockatrice, he's stored as <card number="1" price="0" name="Pang Tong, &quot;Young Phoenix&quot;"/>

So we'll have to add a .cod translation from " --> "
