"Enter" shortcut makes it impossible to write multi-line comments.

Describe the bug
The "Enter" shortcut breaks basic YouTube functionality: it's now impossible to make a line break in comments (Enter), or to send a comment using the keyboard (Ctrl+Enter).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to make a line break while writing a comment. It fails.
2. Try to send a comment using the keyboard (Ctrl+Enter). It fails.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Browser Chrome

How to solve
I have 2 solutions, but applying them both would be the best case scenario!

• Have an option to deactivate the "Open danmaku send dashboard" shortcut in the Options
• Ensure the Enter shortcut only works if the video player is in focus.

Nice to hear, I was even considering writing my own userscript at this point since it really breaks my YouTube, but now I won't need to, I'll just use techniques such as copy-pasting newline characters from elsewhere in the meantime ^^
