Talk title: Holy 😲! There's a <dialog /> (modal) element!?

Talk abstract:
HTML 5.2 (did you know there was an HTML 5?) has introduced a dialog element that can serve all(most) of your modal/popup needs. It's not supported everywhere yet, but front-end devs should probably know they don't have to solve the problem anymore. (And back-end devs should know so they can showoff to front-end devs)
This will be a swift introduction to how <dialog /> works, and how you can use it in a project(with a polyfill, if necessary)
