On website creation, the next_crawl_at date is not properly calculated with default value

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new website without run_every field
2. The next_crawl_at date is identical to the created_at date

Expected behavior
The next_crawl_at is correctly set depending on the default run_every
