Add UMAP visualization to BEDbase

It would be nice to visualize BED files as an interactive UMAP plot. Right now we have 3D umap, but we cant really use this data for anything, and it is not super helpful.

Features to add:

• embedding map should allow users to select certain bed files of interest and make a bedset out of them or at least put in cart
• indicate similar bed files
• any useful summary metrics for aggregate selections?
