BEDbase Usage Statistics for TESTING

We have R tests written in such a way, that they use BEDbase endpoints. Everyday, they try to get information from there, and it means that they decorate actual results (so we don't see what actually people are looking for).e.g,

Endpoints influenced:

• bed_metadata
• bed_text_to_bed_search
• bedset_metadata
• bed_set_search
• downloading files

Steps for solving this issue:

• Add hidden query parameter to endpoints: test_request.
• Add this parameter to tests
