Add a page with the most recent files added to BEDbase

It would be nice to have 2 pages:

1. Most recent files added to BEDbase (e.g. 100 first files)
2. Statistics from github, and GEO uploading table -> what failed, how many projects/files succeeded

It would be also nice to see page with dashboard of geo data: so user can see why some of the files aren't in bedbase.
