Add cukes for the new UI

Currently they have [cukes only for commandline interface](https://github.com/cybrilla/rubycritic/tree/master/features/command_line_interface). I think we can have some for the new htmls as well. Maybe using `phantonjs` or `selenuim-webdriver`.

Simple checks for link clicks navigation and data being shown properly.
