redhat/configs: automotive: switch geni-se and serial-qcom-geni to modules

    redhat/configs: automotive: switch geni-se and serial-qcom-geni to modules

    New vendor firmware need serial-qcom-geni and geni-se provided
    out-of-tree until upstream integration. Build the affected drivers as
    modules.

    Remove the duplicate debug configuration while we're here.
