24h captcha bug #539
Description
Unbanning the IPs fixed boards with captchas(EG. /operate/) but the 24h global captcha is still fucked. Whenever you complete it and try to post it just tells you you need to complete it again and refreshing the "success" page tells you there was an error with the captcha.
Pls fix.
