Inconsistent at-rule implementations #9
Description
Best of the bunch is currently @font-face which has its own meta-data and property subclass. Both are generated from `etc/css3x-font-@fontface-properties.txt.
Should ideally bring the others up to this level, in particular @page. Also possibly @media and @color-profile
