Enhancement: Create a normal channel in entries instead of products being within "Shopify"

Description

This way our products will be structured and located in the same way as all the other entries making them more versatile and a better AX as products are in the same area of the CMS as our entries. It also leans more into the Craft 5 eco-system of "everything being entries".

Is there a reason I'm not aware of why it has been handled to create a separation between products and entries?

I'm tempted to investigate this route by:

1. Creating a products channel
2. Creating a product entry type
3. Adding a selection of Shopify fields (readonly would be easiest, but ideally the webhook could work both ways and data can be managed in both places)
   • Product ID [String]
   • Price Range [String]
   • Variants
4. Work with the Shopify webhook to connect to Craft and link the product entry to Shopify by the product id. Using this connection we can use the delete/update/create webhooks to keep our products entries up to date.

It would be possible to add some custom module code that could take care of adding and removing entries from a section to match 1:1 with the shopify products, including keeping a relationship link live between them. Let us know if you would like guidance on how that could work.

@lukeholder are there any resources on how to do this with a module? I've been trying the Sanity + Shopify Connect plugin to be my Shopify + CMS platform, but Sanity's features seem to be stagnating and Craft's support and speed of fixes is unmatched, so I'd love to investigate if I could build a Craft + Shopify starter with a module that does this better than the Shopify plugin.
